Thank you for visiting.

The photographs on these pages are the work of Margaret Renstead and Gary McBride from the Scottish Borders. Both are keen black and white workers. While the wet darkroom has now gone, they still explore the ability to produce strong images in the digital era.

While the Scottish highlands and islands remain popular locations for their photographs, other far flung destinations are also included in their work.

Margaret has used her photographs to create a small range of cards which are sold through local outlets in Eyemouth and St Abbs. She regularly features in the programmes for local organisations, giving illustrated travel talks. Both are members of Duns and District Photographic Society and enter in many Borders photographic competitions.
